I started out working for Baker and Taylor, Inc as a media cataloguer and have had the pleasure of moving up to be CMU Hunt Library's first metadata specialist. Not only has it been challenging to assess the metadata needs of the library but I get to be a part of our big transition to Islandora 8 for our digital collections!
